Status : Currently Active. Return To Normal : Normal traffic conditions are expected between 06:00 and 06:15 on 28 February 2021. M25 clockwise between J12 and J13 | Clockwise | Accident 28-02-2021 06:02 AM GMT Location : The M25 clockwise between junctions J12 and J13 . Lane Closures : Lanes 4 and 5 are closed. Reason : Road traffic collision. Status : Currently Active. Time To Clear : The event is expected to clear between 07:00 and 07:15 on 28 February 2021.
