Welcome back to the final instalment of Indian Week here at RecipeTin Eats! Finishing on a high - SAMOSAS!
These little fried parcels, stuffed to the brim with spiced potatoes and other ingredients, are pretty much my idea of the world's greatest savoury snack. Not only are they insanely delicious, but they're also incredibly versatile. Samosas can be served as appetisers, entrees, or a lunch on the move. They're good hot or at room temperature. They keep for days and days, and they reheat well. What is not to love?!? - Nagi x (And Dozer in spirit from the lounge room where he's completely oblivious to the kerfuffle he caused the other night after the midnight emergency vet run - see below for update..)
Samosas! World's greatest savoury snack??
Life of Dozer
Back home after the late night emergency run to the vet to have his stomach pumped to remove 2.5kg (5lb!!) of compost that he inhaled from the new vegetable garden currently under construction.
I kid you not - he weighed 37.5kg going IN to the vet. They induced vomiting to get it all out of him. And he was 35kg leaving.
2.5kg of compost!!! What a PIG!
