Happy Tuesday Friends!
Well let me tell you, we are in the thick of a Nor'easter (pronounced nor- EAST-ah), right now.
12-16 inches of snow predicted. Yuck.
But little Delilah will be pleased as punch since she's been wanting to make a snowman all winter!
So today we'll hunker down, maybe shovel a bit, and stay cozy and cuddle.
Speaking of cuddling! Valentine's Day is right around the corner! Whether you have a special someone you're celebrating with, a galentine dropping by, or a peaceful evening at home planned, this Valentine's treat needs to be a part of it:
Valentine's Day Popcorn Snack Mix!
Stovetop popcorn is coated in vanilla candy coating (or white chocolate), topped with a sweet and salty blend of kosher salt, chocolate covered pretzels, pretty Valentine M&M's, and festive sprinkles!!
This stuff is dangerously addicting and is as good (if not better) than a box of random chocolates.
Also, it's great to bring to the classroom if you need a treat for your kiddo's class!
This recipe is no bake, ready in under an hour, and makes a great gift to give the special someone(s) in your life!
I'll leave the recipe below. I hope you get a chance to make it and I hope you love it!!
