There are some days of the week that feel nearly impossible to get a good, home-cooked meal on the table.
Between working full-time, chores, running the kids to their activities, and homework. WHOA!
So when creating my weekly meal plan, I need real food meals that are:
- Simple
- Healthy
- Satisfying
- AND FAST!
I'm talking about delicious meals with cook times of 15 MINUTES or less, because that's about all of the time that some of us have on some days. Am I right?
And that's perfectly okay! Why?
Because I have five quick & tasty dinners to share with you that are sure to make the family happy. Nothing too fancy, but perfect for a nourishing weeknight dinner at the table.
