Upcoming HHSC Member and Provider Webinars: 2027 Integrated D-SNP Model Expansion The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is hosting two webinars about the 2027 Integrated Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (Integrated D-SNP) model expansion in Bexar, Dallas, El Paso, Harris and Hidalgo counties.   Attend the Member webinar on October 19 at 2:00 p.m. if you: Have Medicare and STAR+PLUS Medicaid; and Live in Bexar, Dallas, El Paso, Harris or Hidalgo County. Attend the Provider webinar on October 21 at 12:00 noon if you: Are a provider that serves members that have both Medicare and STAR+PLUS Medicaid and live in Bexar, Dallas, El Paso, Harris or Hidalgo County. Stakeholders are encouraged to attend either webinar. Registration is required.
