Five years after the semi-failed attempt at making pizza (the dough didn't rise, that was really the only issue), here we go again...! This time, I got my mom help prepare the dough, which never fails. I then went ahead and added the toppings - sausages, ground beef, red bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms, on top of tomato paste and cheese, of course. I gotta say that this attempt worked out FOR THE MOST part, but I did make the stupid mistake of...not seasoning the tomato paste!!! As a result, the whole thing was a bit bland, blah! Another thing was that when I was spreading the dough, it seemed so thin that I was afraid of stretching it to the point of breaking, but the dough actually rose a lot more than I expected and the final product was quite thick. Not a problem, just something unexpected. Overall an enjoyable process and I'd do it again soon!
