Just like last week, I acknowledge it's a strange couple of weeks for meal planning - pre-Thanksgiving and post-Thanksgiving. ๐
I tailored this meal plan to use a few lingering Thanksgiving leftovers if you have them (ham? cranberries? that fresh cranberry relish is SO GOOD), but mostly it has everyday, easy meals to help detox from a week of indulgence (oh wait, just me? ๐).
As always, simply swap the meals in and out as you need!
Lots of people have made this meal in the slow cooker to make it even easier. Prep the recipe per the instructions and layer everything in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
➡️➡️ Thank you for being here, for using the recipes on my website for your cooking and baking this last week, and for taking the time to review and comment on the recipes you've tried. I LOVE hearing from you!
I hope you had a great Thanksgiving, if you were celebrating. ๐งก
We are currently on a 10-hour road trip back home after spending Thanksgiving in Montana with my oldest son (who flew in from Utah), my parents, my younger brother, my older sister, and a smattering of their kids. It was a wonderful week, and we loved the time spent with family that we don't get to see very often. I just wish we could teleport ourselves back home...road trips on the tail end of vacations feel endless! ๐ I'm reading this book and thoroughly enjoying it, so maybe the long drive won't be so bad after all. ๐๐
