🎄 Day 3 - 12 Days of Cookies 🎄

Hello ooseims,

Welcome to Day 3 of our 12 Days of Cookies for 2025.
I am so excited to share each of these recipes with you. I love all of them and think they'll make great treats for sharing with family, friends, neighbors, teachers, first responders, co-workers, and who ever else you choose to gift them to. I also think they'll be beautiful additions to cookie trays and perfect for your annual cookie exchange.

Day 3

I have to say that I fell in love with these Chai Biscotti the first time I made them. I love biscotti, and there's just something about the spices of a chai that really warm me up from the inside out, so why not combine them? While they're perfect for gift giving this holiday season, these cookies might just be my go-to next Fall when I want to snuggle up under the blanket with a cup of tea to watch a movie.

They're perfectly crunchy with tastes of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves and pepper. They have just the right amount of sweetness, not too much, and have a little bit extra with that added covering of white chocolate.
