My family just ate these bagels, toasted, for breakfast today (I had a bunch of them in the freezer!), and they declared them "best breakfast ever."
Truth is, they eat these bagels for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and everything in between. They are so good!
Also: stay tuned, because Monday, I have a long-fermented sourdough bagel recipe coming. Apparently, Mel has bagels on the brain (not a bad problem to have! π).
