Hope you enjoyed the video of making profiteroles with Cécilia! I noticed the post went out without a few tweaks I’d made to the recipe, so the recipe that’s online is correct, but if you’ve downloaded the recipe, you should go back to the post here and grab the revised version. (The version that went out works fine. In fact, I just ate two of them!) But I made a few minor tweaks, because I can’t resist tinkering with recipes, to make them better ; )
