If you've never had them before, they're a Sichuan favorite and they have a savory, nutty, spicy flavor that you will LOVE. Promise! These noodles are topped with:
- Ground meat
- Scallions
- Ground peanuts
- Fresh red chiles
- Homemade sauce
...for one of my favorite, most delicious dishes ever.
