How to use: Slice large heirloom tomatoes and use in salads and sandwiches. Blend into salsa or gazpacho. Roast cherry tomatoes or sauté for a quick summer pasta sauce.
How to use: Blueberries have just started showing up at my farmers market, and I can't get enough. I usually eat them plain, but they're fantastic in this blueberry compote, on overnight oats and chia pudding, and in baked goods too.
