We were gifted 2 out of the 3 flavours of the Tideford Organic Soups to try recently, and really enjoyed them. The soups are full of flavour, have at least 1 to 3 of your 5 a day vegetable portions in them, and are organic and plant-based as well. What's more, they're all gluten-free! Surely they can be nothing but good for you?! [ad|gifted]
Convenient to enjoy at work or at home, they're a great way to get healthy food in your diet. I dunked some hot, buttery toast in for good measure, but these are versatile to have with a side snack or just enjoyed alone.
We tried;
Thai Green Vegetable - my favourite flavour. A delicious Thai-inspired soup packed full of broccoli, kale and spinach with aromatic spices, a dash of lemon and a pinch of chilli – a true flavour experience. This soup will give you 2 of your 5 a day.
Indian Lentil Spinach Dhal - This comforting dhal is packed full of red lentils and spinach – the ultimate power couple. A warming mix of cumin and chilli brings a gentle heat, all finished off with a pinch of cracked black pepper. This soup has a whopping 3 of your 5 a day in it!
They also have Caribbean Sweet Potato flavour, which I'd love to try next.
Available in Tesco, Waitrose & Ocado 🙌🏼 Find out more about Tideford Soups on their website here.
