Heathrow Reopens, Kansas Curse, and 700-Foot Lava Fountains

London's Heathrow Airport, one of the world's busiest, resumed limited flight activity Friday after a fire at a nearby electrical substation knocked out power, canceled flights, and stranded at least 200,000 travelers.
