High-profile Phoenix attorney James "Artie" Eaves, 51, was shot and killed outside his Arcadia home on Friday. Police say his younger brother, Christopher Eaves, is the person responsible. Watch as he's taken into custody.

Christopher Eaves, 49, was at his brother's house Friday morning when a next-door neighbor's camera captured the sound of numerous gunshots and someone crying out for help.

Police responded to the home and found James Eaves dead in the driveway. SWAT deployed to make sure the house was clear. Watch as police take over the cul-de-sac.

Later the same morning, Christopher Eaves returned to the home with his parents and was arrested. He was argumentative in court the following day as a judge set his bail at $1.5 million.

The border patrol's Tucson branch responded after receiving a request from the National Park Service regarding distressed hikers experiencing cramps and fatigue.

The rescue team decided that a hoist extraction was the safest method of evacuation due to the area's challenging terrain.

The hikers were transported to the trailhead, where first responders provided further medical care.

The Tucson Military Vehicle Museum opened its doors to the public on Friday, offering guests a glimpse of almost 100 historic military machines. See a brief video tour here.

The attraction offers an up-close look at tanks, armored personnel carriers, artillery, and amphibious vehicles as well as 21 fully restored U.S. and British World War II vehicles.

Many of the exhibits are hands-on and plans are in the works for live demonstrations and interactive ride-and-drive experiences.

The museum, located next to the Pima Air & Space Museum and operated by the nonprofit Arizona Aerospace Foundation, is open from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily with last admission at 3 p.m.
