Hello everyone! Confession - today was supposed to be a mega choc chip cookie recipe I've been working feverishly on for the past few weeks. I even filmed and photographed it...but then lost my nerve because I haven't finished stress testing it and I found a common pitfall!
So, I pivoted - and bringing you a Thai duck curry instead. The combination of luxurious duck meat with red curry sauce is just to-die-for! - Nagi x
