Here’s what this looks like for me: Delicious, homemade clean meals, weekly meal prep so that I'm never stuck in the kitchen for hours at a time every night, and room for exciting dinners out, the occasional glass of wine, or a dish of chocolate ice cream.
Simple? Yes.
Boring? Never.
Effective? Absolutely.

The results are way more sustainable.
