Stunning new venue based at New Era Square in Sheffield, Selena Cocktail Bar & Kitchen, is a tranquil and aesthetic, lovely place to enjoy some top quality food and exceptional cocktails. They are currently offering a thoughtfully, curated 6 course pairing menu at an absolute steal of £45pp - each course coming with a cocktail matched to compliment the dish. [ad|invite]
The Pairings Menu consists of each Mediterranean-inspired small plate, thoughtfully paired with a unique, handcrafted drink designed to enhance and complement its flavours. This will be subject to change, but here's the current offering, which we thoroughly enjoyed;
- Hummus & Flatbread with Prosecco
- Cured Salmon, lemon, apple, dill with Olive Island (Cucumber Gin, Champagne Acid, tzatziki clarification)
- Fried Chicken, chicken gravy & chips! (GF) **our favourite course, the freshly fried chicken is so good!! With Smooth Smoke (Brown Butter Bourbon, date syrup, tobacco bitters)
- Beef Jerky, capers, Gherkins, cured egg, parmesan with Dark Apple (Rosemary aged rum, apple & kiwi juice, demerara syrup)
- Baileys white chocolate bread & butter pudding with Espresso Martini ** one of the best Espresso Martinis I've had!!
- @bullionchocolate with Amaro Montenegro (orange zest, coriander, cherry vanilla, and clove)

Available daily 6:30m and Saturday sittings at 12pm, 2:30pm and 5pm.
This bar & restaurant also offers other menus available daily, as well as a Bottomless Brunch.
