Texas HHS Systems Impacted by Global CrowdStrike Outage Several Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) systems were impacted overnight by the global CrowdStrike outage. HHS is working with state partners and leadership to implement a solution expeditiously. Please do not call the HHS help desk support service areas to report this outage. All Vendor Drug Program systems and portals maintained by Gainwell Technologies are now back online and operational. Contact the Texas Medicaid Pharmacy and Technical Call Center at 800-435-4165 or the Texas Pharmacy Prior Authorization Call Center at 877-PA-TEXAS (877-728-3927) during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Central Time).
