Whenever my mom had leftover chocolate frosting from making a cake, she spread it between two graham crackers. She kept them in the refrigerator, which made them chilled and soft. I loved them! And now I make these for my kids--okay, and myself. When I posted it about it on Facebook, I found out that a lot of YOU grew up with this "cookie" too.
