Neurobehavioral Treatment Services Survey

Public Consulting Group (PCG) is working with the State of Maine Department of Health and Human Services Office of Aging and Disability Services (OADS) to review, develop, and implement a Neurobehavioral Treatment Services program. This program is to be person-centered and developed to provide crucial support and services to help connect individuals with a Brain Injury diagnosis with in-state treatment facilities and mobile community services. As part of this project, a survey is being administered to learn more about neurobehavioral health from providers, survivors, families of survivors, government agencies, and advocacy organizations.

Please note this survey is being conducted for the purposes of gathering information on behalf of the current Neurobehavioral Treatment Services project that OADS is conducting with Public Consulting Group. OADS also conducts an experience of care survey known as the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS). You may be presented with another opportunity to participate in the CAHPS survey, which is offered as an interview with a survey administration provider, Knowledge Services. The Neurobehavioral Treatment Services survey and CAHPS survey are two separate surveys, with different questions and purposes.

The information you provide will allow PCG to make recommendations to Maine in redesigning a critical program to improve care and delivery of Neurobehavioral Treatment across the continuum. We appreciate the time you are taking to complete this survey. The survey is anonymous and should take between 15-20 minutes. To open and begin the survey, please click here
