I have many recipes for staple Japanese pantry items organised on the page so you can make them at home yourself like panko crumbs, curry roux, and dashi. For any ingredients that are difficult to find outside of Japan, I try to grow it myself 😆. Yuzu is my favourite citrus but I have never seen them sold anywhere in Tasmania. So I bought a plant and it is finally fruiting. I can not wait to use it soon in my Japanese cooking!
