Hello everyone! And here we are with a sparkling new main dish for the fusion Japanese Menu I shared yesterday - Beef Tataki. So much easier than you thought, it's literally just finely sliced beef with a citrusy dressing. Don't pay a bomb at that fancy modern Asian restaurant, just make it at home! - Nagi x
PS Don't miss the Crispy Potato Straws recipe (Pommes Paille)! It was buried in the Tataki recipe but I was so worried people would miss it, I pulled it out into a separate recipe post here. Deemed worthy! 90 second fry, stays crunchy for 6 days. I see....snacks!
