"My thoughts from March" March has been a brilliant (and especially delicious) month at DE. Last week we were up at our factory with eight of our commercial team looking at our new product pipeline. It was a surreal moment, a clear marking of how far we've come since Matthew and I sat in the same room with a pipe dream for a natural, plant-based food business. We started with three energy balls in early 2016, and we've come such a long way. We've spent the first few months of 2024 developing lots of new products, many of which are launching over the next few weeks. From high protein rigatoni, chocolate-dipped fruits and nuts (think a natural take on Revels), lemon and poppy seed oat bars, crunchy low sugar granola and a more deluxe blackberry and pecan granola (this one is ridiculously good!). There are a few more surprises coming over the summer that we're just finalising listings for, so keep your fingers crossed for good news soon! |

I really want to get you all more involved and ensure your feedback weaves through every step of our process going forward. So, this week we launch The Deliciously Ella Lab, a community-based focus group that will give you input in all our new projects and products. You'll be the first to know about everything that we're doing, and you'll be able to help shape our future. Keep an eye on your emails to be a founding member! Aside from work, I've been making easter bonnets for the kids' school projects, eating garlicky beans on toast on repeat, and switching my (beloved) coffee to matcha. Read more about this swap in my March Wellness Blog below! I've also been diving deep into some new breathwork classes in a bid to stay calm and collected during the chaos, and I'm excited to share that these will start going live for you on the Deliciously Ella app next week. I hope you have had a lovely long weekend. Love, Ella x |

The dressing is just perfect, beautifully creamy and I love adding tofu to it for a protein boost. Plus, there are almost 20 different plants in here, so it's a feast for your gut microbiome too. |

Give me greens | | | | De-Stress Breathwork This is a simple breathwork class focused on slowing down the breath and lengthening the exhale. I've been doing it a few times a week for the last year or so and just love how it always really helps soothe my nervous system. Smoky Miso Cauliflower Steaks I've been loving these with creamy butter bean mash and a herby chilli and lemon mix on the top . It's such a great recipe to make when you've got people coming over too. They're brilliant with spicy potato wedges, coconut corn, a crisp green salad and a couple of delicious dips. Chocolatey Peanut Protein Smoothie I'm slightly addicted to this at the moment! It takes two minutes to make and it's just so good. Thick, creamy, sweet, satisfying and loaded with goodness. I've been adding hemp seeds to lots of things recently, they're great sources of magnesium, omega-3 and protein. Get the recipe | | | | Chocolatey Peanut Protein Smoothie |
