Made the traditional way with chicken, greens, tomato, hard-boiled egg, blue cheese crumbles, avocado & bacon. For $19.95 I think it could have been a little more refined. For example, whole tomato slices that I have to cut demonstrates a lack of attention to detail. There was a good amount of chicken breast that had a nice grilled flavor, not overcooked. Unfortunately the boiled egg was 50 shades of grey inside. The dressing cup was generous and delicious, didn't have to ask for extra. This is one area where D'Carlos shines.
