Hey there reader We all have our "go-to" recipes that we make every week. In fact, no matter how hard I try to expand my recipe horizons, I always go back to my family favorites. Why? Because it's easy and I know everyone will eat it. During the week, I have no desire to make life any harder than it needs to be. My ultimate "go-to" recipe is tacos! Tacos are easy to make on their own, but preparing taco meat ahead of time makes taco night that much easier. I can have dinner ready within 15 minutes when the taco meat is already cooked. First, let's start with my favorite taco meat recipes. 1lb of ground beef or ground turkey with my homemade taco seasoning. This seasoning is THE BEST and will bring your tacos to the next level. Crockpot tacos (ground beef) I like making this recipe when I want to make a big batch and need a hands-off recipe. This taco recipe is low fat but super juicy, spicy, and flavorful.
