Why you should start now!

Hey reader

With our Cinco De Mayo Sale BOGO sale going on RIGHT NOW, you get two 30-Day Challenge Groups (60 Days of CFC!) for the price of one AND 12 Bonus eBooks!

Here are Four reasons to start a summer weight loss plan this week: (instead of procrastinating!)

1. Head Start: Starting your weight loss plan now gives you a head start on achieving your summer body goals.

The earlier you begin, the more time you have to make progress and reach your goals before summer arrives.

2. Developing Healthy Habits: Starting your weight loss plan now allows you to develop healthy habits and make sustainable lifestyle changes.

The sooner you start, the more time you have to create a routine and make healthy choices second nature.

3. Confidence Boost: Reaching your weight loss goals can give you a confidence boost, and starting your plan now can help you feel more confident and prepared for summer.

Imagine feeling great in your swimsuit or shorts, and enjoying outdoor activities without worrying about holding yourself back!

4. Avoid Last-Minute Crash Dieting: Starting your weight loss plan now helps you avoid last-minute crash dieting, which can be harmful to your overall health.

Crash dieting often leads to nutrient deficiencies, fatigue, and a higher likelihood of gaining weight back.

By starting your plan early, you can make sustainable lifestyle changes and reach your goals in a healthy and balanced way.

Remember, every small step counts, and starting your weight loss plan now can lead to a healthier and happier you!

We're starting our next Online Support and Accountability Community on Wednesday, May 1st.

Join today and have extra time to get familiar with the meal plan:

I read some crazy stats recently.

According to this study by Diet Chef,

The average woman diets twice per YEAR!

11 lbs in the average weight loss per diet, and then they quit it.

Less than 1% of the people in the study stuck to the same diet for 12 months.

The average adult will try about 126 different diets per lifetime!

What this tells me is that diets are not sustainable, and people change plans so often they never have the opportunity to master one.

That's why we created the 30-Day Clean Eating Challenge, it's not a diet, it's an eat-for-life plan with lots of room for moderation and flexibility.

Want to join us in the next round?   We're answering everyone's questions this weekend in our Online Community!

Many of the people who try our program lose weight (which is the goal for most people who join us) however it's not for the reasons you may think!

I want to share the reality behind many weight loss myths:

Myth #1: "I need to cut out all carbs to lose weight!"

Reality: Carbs are not the enemy! Whole, unprocessed carbs like fruits, veggies, and whole grains are essential for energy and fiber. Don't deprive yourself, just choose wisely!

Myth #2: "I need to spend hours at the gym to see results!"

Reality: Consistency is key, not hours spent at the gym! Aim for 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days of the week, and don't forget to listen to your body and rest when needed!

Myth #3: "Low-fat or fat-free means it's healthy and will help me lose weight!"

Reality: Many low-fat or fat-free foods are highly processed and contain added sugars and unhealthy ingredients! Focus on whole, nutrient-dense foods instead!

Myth #4: "I need to lose weight fast, or it won't count!"

Reality: Sustainable weight loss is a journey, not a sprint! Aim for 1-2 pounds per week, and celebrate small victories along the way! It's a journey, no reason to rush!"

Myth #5: "I need to follow a restrictive diet or program to lose weight!"

Reality: There's no one-size-fits-all approach to weight loss! Find a balanced eating plan and exercise routine that works for you and your lifestyle!

Remember, weight loss is not a one-time achievement, but an adventure towards a healthier, happier you!

Don't believe the myths, and focus on progress, not perfection!

There's no reason to do it alone!
