Easy holiday weekend dip
~ Eggplant with char ~ Great baba gannouj is all about smokey flavor from charred eggplant. This dip comes together so easily, a quick stir of the eggplant flesh, tahini, garlic, lemon. Top with a lush drizzle of good olive oil. The pomegranate seeds are so pretty but go seasonal with tiny grapes, a dash of spice or dusting of sesame seeds. Pile up your pita chips and veggies for dipping, and let the toasts to the summer begin!
