I wanted to share this 7 Layer Mexican Dip! It is THE perfect appetizer and is so incredibly easy to put together! So many delicious layers of dip in every bite!

7 Layer Mexican Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup greek yogurt
2 tbsp taco seasoning
2 tsp chipotle powder
1 can refried beans
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 avocado, diced
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese (can also use Pepper Jack)
½ cup sliced black pitted olives
Directions:
- Mix sour cream and greek yogurt together with the taco seasoning and chipotle powder.
- In a square 9" baking pan, add the refried beans. Then add on top the yogurt mixture, salsa, shredded lettuce and shredded cheese.
- Top with avocado and olives.
- Serve immediately or cover and place in the refrigerator until ready.
- Serve with tortilla chips or veggies. Enjoy!
