This is a reminder that HHAeXchange is presenting Information Sessions about the new state-funded Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) vendor system that will replace current EVV vendor systems starting Oct. 1. As stated in the "Next Steps and Timeline For Transition to HHAeXchange" (PDF) found in the EVV notice posted on June 13, HHAeXchange will provide an overview of the transition, provide a demonstration of the HHAeXchange Portal and answer questions about the new EVV system. The Information Sessions will be held in-person and through webinars starting in July. Registration is limited and required. Register for in-person sessions: - Houston – Tuesday, July 11
- El Paso – Thursday, July 13
- Dallas – Tuesday, July 18
- McAllen – Thursday, July 20
