These Protein Parfaits make the perfect festive treat for the whole crew!
We have a really good protein boost here thanks to this cottage cheese/Greek yogurt combo.
Protein helps to keep everyone satisfied longer.
Blending the yogurt with cottage cheese and raw honey/lemon juice creates an ultra-creamy, whipped, decadent almost dessert-like treat!
Fresh berries keep things light, so this is perfect for summertime! Double or triple the recipe and make it a few hours ahead for your parties.
Simply store them in the refrigerator.
Best eaten within a few hours of preparing.
