Hello everyone, I'm here today with a much anticipated new recipe plus some upcoming dining events WITH DOZER! (I'll be there too. Just his handler. π)
Firstly, today's new recipe - chicken marylands. It's like roast chicken - without the mess of carving up a whole chicken! Slather in herb & garlic butter then bake until golden. Serve with potato gratin or creamy mash with garlic sautΓ©ed green beans for the perfect meal!

And some exciting news for a couple of events coming up that Dozer and I will be attending!
1. Dymocks dinner at the Four Seasons Hotel (Sydney, 10 August) - Get frocked up for a 3 course dinner in the ball room of the Four Seasons Hotel! The menu is inspired by recipes from my cookbook, created in consultation with our very own Chef JB. Hosted by Dymocks book store, I will be doing a talk (think of lots of fun questions to ask me), and Dozer will be in his tux, wandering around the room for scraps. 2. Lazy long lunch at the Mudgee Readers' Festival (Sunday 20 August) - Taking place on 19 & 20 August in the regional town of Mudgee known for its food & wine, it's a weekend with a wonderful program of authors and events. I'll be hosting a long lunch on the Sunday at the beautiful Blue Wren Farm (pictured above) - and Dozer will be with me! Tickets are about to be released - get them here. Looking into more opportunities for meetings, stay tuned.
