Hope you're all doing well! Can you believe it's already April?! Time sure flies when you're having fun!
And FUN I am surely having here at JOZmahal. π π Last month I went to Tastemaker Conference here in Chicago and WOW! It was an experience of a lifetime. I met so many wonderful people and have made new connections personally as well as professionally and it was priceless.

Well, without further ado, here's a new recipe I've made for you. It's a Filipino Beef Stew called Beef Mechado. It is hearty and delicious. I've modified it to be gluten-free. However, if you do not have any gluten sensitivity you can use regular soysauce instead of coconut aminos. Hope you go check it out and give it a try.
