This is a super simple appetizer - I love serving this when I have a crowd because I can make it ahead. Boiled eggs are cut hasselback style and a tadka is poured over them and tossed.
This dish consists of rice cooked in a green masala with veggies. This is a one pot meal thats easy to put together and is bursting with flavours. Perfect for weeknight dinners!
