Mother's Day is coming up (next weekend!), so I knew I wanted to share this Lavender Coffee Cake with you. The cake itself is moist but with a crumb and filled with lavender, and the cinnamon-sugar crumb topping is just what you expect from a coffee cake. I shared some with my neighbors and they raved about it, so I know you're going to love it too!
