Hello everyone :)

With the leftover of mixed fruit, I made a steamed fruit cake.
This is a "Malay" version of boiled fruit cake and it is without any booze, so kids will be able to enjoy the cake too.

The caramelised sugar add a bitter sweet to the sweet cake.
This cake taste better as it age.
