Summer 2021 = friends and family gatherings galore!! ...which also means grilling and salads and pasta. Not mad about it!
I don't know about you, but I like having a go-to recipe for when events pop up, like this Lemon Orzo Salad.
It's light, refreshing, healthy, and best of all: flavorful! Made with orzo, tossed in a simple lemon "dressing" and paired with tomatoes, zucchini and feta cheese. YUM.
