Whether its chicken on the grill, baked, or using an air fryer, I have just what you are looking for. Try my favorite chicken recipes today!

Grilled Chicken

What kind of chicken you use matters. When you are grilling the possibility of losing moisture is more likely too.

Temperature: You want to cook your chicken to 165 degrees without drying it out.

What Kind of Meat: It is best to use chicken thighs because they have dark meat which is naturally moister and has a bit more fat. You can use breasts but you want to pound them out the same thickness so they cook evenly and pull them off the grill when they are about 162 degrees. They will continue to cook while resting.

Rest Your Chicken: To help the chicken retain its moisture and flavor you want to let your chicken rest after it is done cooking. This gives the chicken time to redistribute the juices, leaving more inside than on your plate. This is true for any meat you grill. Let it rest covered with foil for about 10 minutes.

Baked Chicken

Tender and juicy chicken every time when baked in the oven. Crisp the outside of the chicken for a nice outer skin texture with moist chicken meat.

Breast or Thigh: Chicken breast tend to dry out quicker compared to chicken thighs. Thighs are darker and more tender when baked and breasts are a white meat.

Browning Chicken: Do not cook the chicken all the way through before baking. You just want to get the chicken lightly brown on the outside, and then it bakes to perfection.

Low and Slow: Baking the chicken at a low temperature will not over cook the chicken. This helps to cook the chicken all the way through.

Air Fryer Chicken

Tender and Juicy Air Fryer Chicken is golden crispy outside and moist and delicate on the inside. Bursting with flavor and so good!

Olive Oil: This helps to crisp the skin and helps the spices and herbs to adhere to the meat.

Space: Make sure you create room between the pieces of chicken to ensure even cooking. Don't overcrowd. Cook in batches if you need to.

Check: Check the temp earlier than you think so you don't accidently over cook the chicken. Appliances can vary so go by temperature of your chicken to ensure it's done.

Rest: Let the Chicken rest before cutting into it. About 5 min at least. This allows the juices to reabsorb into the chicken instead of spilling onto your plate.

Moist: Want to make sure your chicken is super moist and tender? Try marinating or brining your chicken for even greater juiciness and flavor.

Hope these tips and variations of cooking chicken inspire you in your home!
