Statistics in Schools brings subjects to life using real-world Census Bureau data to create materials for use year after year at all grade levels.

Summer Scavenger Hunt

Gina the Geographer

Take students on a virtual scavenger hunt! Our beloved geographer, Gina, has escaped to an undisclosed location! Can your students help us find her?

Test students' detective skills with our elementary school activity, "Scavenger Hunt – Where Is Gina the Geographer?" Students follow a series of clues like landmarks, weather, and population to eliminate potential hideouts—and use our State Facts for Students to answer questions to help solve the mystery of where Gina is located.
