Today's recipe is dedicated to fellow Sydney-siders who woke up to the news of our 5 week lockdown being extended for another 4 weeks. 😔 You can make this with pretty much any fish - fresh, frozen, white fish, salmon - even canned fish. Take a rummage through your freezer!
As for our current situation? I choose to take a "glass is half full" approach to life, as do many of my friends, with jokes such as this flying around various WhatsApp threads:
