Rajma Masala (Kidney Bean Curry)

Hey reader reader,

I'm all about comfort food these days and Rajma Chawal (kidney beans curry and rice) is one of my favourites.

This is a simple, easy to put together dish that is so delicious and makes you feel warm on the inside!

My top tips to make this the best rajma masala you've eaten:

    • Make sure the beans you use aren't older then a year or they'll take longer to cook (rajma/kidney beans)
    • It's very very important to soak your beans if using dry beans. Soaked beans are easier to digest
    • Cook the beans till they are super tender. My favourite way? Pressure cooker!
