This is a recipe I filmed and photographed during summer here in Australia that I was saving until it got warmer in the northern hemisphere. Specifically, for my friends in the States who have been requesting a cobbler recipe for years.

When he fell asleep "minding" the Lockdown Weekend Care Packages ready to send out to Team RTE.....
In case you're wondering why he was so keen to look after them, it was because the contents included COVID Lockdown essentials such as cheese, crackers, cured meats, and things he was very interested in but will never be allowed (brownies and chocolate) and some things he wasn't interested in (like fruit and wine) .
