I'll keep this short and sweet since I'm sure you're busy with summer fun in the sun!
As I mentioned last week when I sent you my Chocolate Zucchini Bread Recipe, zucchini season is upon us!
I've been scrambling to throw a couple more recipes into the works that are super delicious, easy, and slightly healthy, and here's what I've got:
Air Fryer Zucchini Chips!
Sliced zucchini gets dredged in cornstarch, a little egg, and then breaded in flavorful garlic, parmesan, and Panko breading. These little guys are then fried until golden brown and crispy in the air fryer!
That's right, a crispy and tasty snack with none of the guilt!
Oh and the BEST part? They are freezer friendly!!!!
You can bread up a batch of these little chips and stash them in the freezer to enjoy all year long! I tell ya it's the gift that keeps on giving!
