Perfect Instant Pot Cheesecake with an Easy Strawberry-Blueberry Topping
I love all my cheesecake recipes equally, of course, but this cheesecake is the one I make most often. The texture is the perfect balance of dense and fluffy, with a bit of sour cream to really complete the flavors.

Coconut-Pineapple Rice Pudding
I know only posted this a few weeks ago, but it really is in my top three. Just in case you missed it, this Instant Pot Coconut Rice Pudding tastes like a piña colada, thanks to smooth coconut milk, creamy arborio rice, and sweet pineapple.
