M4 | Gloucestershire | Earlier Incident | Long Delays 60 minutes There are long delays on the M4 eastbound between Junction 19 and Junction 18 following an earlier incident which has resulted in 2 lanes (of 3) being closed. The incident has been cleared and all lanes are now open so congestion will begin to ease.
