Wishing you a safe and happy 4th of July! We thought we'd keep it easy and share a simple breakfast recipe you can add to your meal plan later this week.
We love the flavors of caprese––tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil––so we decided to combine them with eggs for a delicious Italian-inspired breakfast dish. We added ground sausage and bread cubes for a hearty breakfast with fresh flavors.
