HHSC Requests Comments on Draft MDCP and HCS Waiver Amendments The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is accepting comments on the draft of the Medically Dependent Children Program Waiver Amendment 7 and Home and Community-based Services Waiver Amendment 6. The changes to the MDCP amendment can be found on Page 1 of the MDCP Waiver Amendment 7 (PDF).      The changes to the HCS amendment can be found on Page 1 of HCS Waiver Amendment 6 (PDF). Comments will be accepted until August 16, 2021. Email your comments to TX_Medicaid_Waivers@hhs.texas.gov.
