This cookies & cream cake combines a soft and buttery white cake with plenty of sweet Oreo cookies. Top the cake with sturdy yet light & fluffy whipped cream frosting. The frosting is lightly sweetened, so there's plenty of room for more Oreos. This is a fun, simple, and manageable cake for a crowd of Oreo lovers. The whipped frosting would be wonderful on other cake recipes, too. Imagine fluffy whipped cream frosting with carrot cake, banana cake, or lemon blueberry cake. (Leave out the Oreo pieces!)
