Hi There,
With summer potlucks and get-togethers finally kicking back up again (hooray!), I wanted to share a new recipe with you.
And it's a game changer.
It comes together in a flash, and it's packed with vibrant herbs - dill, parsley, chives and garlic. Plus plenty of feta (and yogurt) give the dip a pleasant zippy flavor.
Here's why I think you'll love it:
- It's easy to make. You basically fold all the ingredients together, so recipe takes about 5 minutes to make.
- It's a crowd pleaser. It's herby and tangy - perfect for bringing to a potluck or picnic.
- It's flexible. You can easily swap dill and parsley for whichever herbs (or spices) you like. Thyme and honey are nice. Turmeric and cilantro work well, too.
- It's good for you. Since it's made with yogurt, it's rich in beneficial bacteria - those little bugs that help to support your digestive system (and a whole lot more).
I posted the recipe for you here → Greek Yogurt Dip

P.S. Store-bought yogurt works fine in this recipe, but if you really want to take things to the next level. I recommend making your own. It's way easier than you think. 🌿
