Hi everyone,
While browsing my blog, I came across this old post of mine ~ Masala Vadai or lentil fritters.

It has been 10 years since I made them.

Masala vadai is made of lentils, onion, chilli and spice. Deep fried snack, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, originate from south India.

Masala vadai is also known as paruppu vadai or masalodeh is a popular street food in Malaysia. Masala vadai is best eaten immediately!

Last but not least do check out my full video and other videos too :D

Big Hugs
